Requirements

How candidates are selected

No EOI draws: the employer applies for a position assessment and the candidate then applies directly. Express Entry-linked applicants get priority IRCC processing noted at 6 months or less.

Location requirement: Saskatchewan employer and job location.

Processing: SINP reported 2 weeks for Innovation and Tech Talent applications in Q2 2026 (Apr 1-Jun 30); Employer Position Assessments took 3 weeks. Goal: 16 weeks for complete applications.
