SINP sub-category for candidates with an active Express Entry profile, assessed on the SINP 110-point grid through an EOI pool, with no job offer needed on paper. In practice no invitations have been published since September 2024 and the federal allocation was cut in 2025, so it should not be relied on.

- Candidates with Saskatchewan family or past work/study ties (they earn grid points)

How candidates are selected
Scored EOI pool valid one year; highest-ranked profiles are invited in EOI draws; ties broken by Saskatchewan connections, work experience, then language. Only one active EOI profile, and not for both Express Entry and Occupations In-Demand at once.
Location requirement: None formally; 2025 notice says applications without a Saskatchewan job offer are returned.
