Open A pathway within the NB Skilled Worker Stream; it was included in the September 15-18 2026 round and was drawn separately in July 2026.

For recent graduates who have a full-time, non-seasonal job with a New Brunswick employer. It sits inside the Skilled Worker Stream and uses the same low CLB 4 language bar.

Who it suits

  • International graduates with a PGWP-eligible program who have a New Brunswick job and six months of NB residence

Requirements

  1. ProgramCompleted a program of study that is eligible for a post-graduation work permit. ↗ gnb.ca
  2. JobFull-time, non-seasonal position accepted or secured with an eligible employer operating in NB for the past 24 months. ↗ gnb.ca
  3. ResidenceLived in New Brunswick for the past six months. ↗ gnb.ca

How candidates are selected

EOI pool and invitation rounds by sector, no published score.

Location requirement: must have lived in New Brunswick for 6 months; the page does not say in plain words that the school must be in NB

Processing: IRCC service standards after nomination: 180 days for Express Entry-linked PNP files and 11 months for non-Express Entry files, excluding provincial time. Immigration New Brunswick says it cannot give processing times for individual applications.
