Express Entry draw #425: French-language proficiency
On July 9, 2026, IRCC held Express Entry round #425, a French-language proficiency round. It issued 5,000 invitations to apply (ITAs), and the lowest-ranked candidate invited had a CRS score of 420. Compared with the previous French-language proficiency round (#418 on May 28, 2026, CRS 409), the cutoff rose 11 points, with 500 more invitations.
Tie-breaking rule: candidates with exactly 420 points were invited only if they submitted their profile before May 15, 2026 at 08:04:00 UTC.
