Express Entry draw #393: Provincial Nominee Program
On February 3, 2026, IRCC held Express Entry round #393, a Provincial Nominee Program round. It issued 423 invitations to apply (ITAs), and the lowest-ranked candidate invited had a CRS score of 749. Compared with the previous Provincial Nominee Program round (#391 on January 20, 2026, CRS 746), the cutoff rose 3 points, with 258 fewer invitations.
Tie-breaking rule: candidates with exactly 749 points were invited only if they submitted their profile before December 16, 2025 at 22:30:36 UTC.
IRCC’s pool snapshot of February 2, 2026 counted 238,920 profiles, of which roughly 319 scored 749 or more (estimated from score bands, all programs combined).
Who this round was for
Candidates who already hold a provincial or territorial nomination through an Express Entry–aligned stream. The nomination adds 600 CRS points, which is why these cutoffs sit far above other rounds.
